Outdoor Track has started with the first meet at Eastern on March 17. Athletes competed in numerous events.
The Girls 800m was run by Tabor Boggs, Wesley Drake, Elise France, and Ava Llaguno. Tabor ran a time of 2:43.55, Wesley ran a PR of 2:44.53, Elise ran a time of 2:46.75, and Ava ran a PR of 2:49.63. The girls placed fourth through seventh for the 800m.
For the boys 800m, Nate Celello placed third with a PR of 2:07.53 and Daniel Thompson placed fourth with a PR of 2:12.10.
Valentina Arroyo placed first for the girls 100m hurdles, with a PR of 18.93. For the 300m hurdles, Valentina placed second, with a PR of 55.20.
For boys 300m hurdles, Kanye Gardener and Ian Matthews took second and third place, with times of 50.32 and 51.50.
Lauren Brown placed second for the girls 100m, with a time of 14.00. Nariah Murdock, Ione Murphy, Rylee Carothers, Cynthia Talbott placed 5th-7th. Nariah ran a time of 14.50, Ione ran a time of 14.61, Rylee ran a time of 14.67, and Cynthia ran a time of 14.77.
For the boys 100m, Camari Miller placed second with a time of 12.08. James Briscoe placed third with a time of 12.12. Kanye Gardener placed 5th with a time of 12.22. Aiden Wilson placed 6th with a time of 12.26. Jeremiah Briscoe placed 8th with a time of 12.34.
Lauren Brown placed first for the girls 400m, with a time of 1:04.41. Tabor Boggs placed 4th with a time of 1:08.23.
Daniel Thompson placed first for the boys 400m, with a time of 56.89. James Briscoe, Corey Jackson, and Ian Matthews placed 3rd-5th. James ran a time of 57.76, Corey ran a time of 58.02, and Ian ran a PR of 58.81.
Lillian Borkowski placed first for the girls 1600m, with a PR of 5:27.96. Wesley Drake placed fifth with a time of 6:15.24. Elise France placed sixth with a time of 6:18.76, and Ava Llaguno placed eighth with a PR of 6:44.84.
Avery Powell placed third for the boys 1600m, with a time of 4:58.67, and Preston Goodwin placed fourth with a time of 4:59.12.
For the girls 200m, Lauren Brown placed second with a time of 28.55. Nariah Murdock placed third, with a PR of 29.61. Rylee Carothers placed fourth with a time of 30.31. Ione Murphy placed fifth with a time of 30.78. Valentina Arroyo placed sixth with a time of 30.93. Kate Powell placed seventh with a time of 30.93. Cynthia Talbott placed ninth with a time of 31.62. Allison Grout ran a PR of 33.53, as well as Carly Martin who ran a PR of 37.81.
For Boys 200m, Aiden wilson placed third, with a time of 25.13. Kanye Gardener placed fourth with a time of 25.15, and Camari Miller placed fifth with a time of 25.34. Bilal Tashtanov ran a PR of 28.77. Anwar Al Shammaa also ran a PR of 31.23.
Atherton placed first for the girls 4x400m relay, with a time of 4:49.58. The team was run by Hannah Cooksey, Tabor Boggs, Rylee Carothers, and Lillian Borkowski.
