Atherton hosted its college fair in the large gym on October 9 with over 50 colleges and universities represented. Students walked around and talked with admissions officers from various schools, including in state schools like Louisville and UK, as well as out of state schools like Yale. Representatives were also present for corporations like the military and FASFA.
Molly Kate Decker (12) was one of the students in attendance.
“I’ve looked at Xavier, UK, NKU and WKU,” Decker said. “It’s interesting to know what colleges the people I know are looking at.”
Anna Abell represented Spalding University for the first time at the Atherton College Fair, and enjoyed her experience with Atherton students.
“They’re so confident,” Abell said. “I love when students really know what they’re interested in. It helps us tell them a bit more about us.
With all the choices that they have, the sky is the limit for Atherton Ravens.
