Most Atherton students are familiar with the teachers in the building. But what about the essential, and often overlooked, office jobs?
Ms. Poppy Davis works as the Ordering and Receiving clerk in the front office, a crucial part in keeping things running smoothly.
After eight years of being a substitute teacher Davis says she appreciates the consistency of working in the same place every day,
“It’s nice, really nice,” she says.
When asked if she’d like to share a piece of advice, she encourages students to trust in themselves, offering a simple yet powerful reminder that:
“This will pass, whatever it is.”
