Mrs. Mullins began teaching at Atherton in the 2024-25 school year and she is one of our English teachers.
Before Atherton, she spent her first 16 years of teaching at Southern High School. She decided to start working at Atherton because her son, Eli Blanton (10) started going here in ninth grade.
She attended college at UofL and got her Bachelor’s degree in English. She then decided to get her teaching degree at UofL as well.
“One of my former track athletes became a Super Bowl champion while playing for the Kansas City Chiefs during the 2023 superbowl against The Philadelphia Eagles.” Mrs. Mullins said, while talking about her past experience as a track coach.
She also has a fraternal twin sister. She also loves football and has season tickets to University of Kentucky Football games.
