On Wednesday January 21st, Atherton’s girls and boys basketball teams faced off against W.E.B Dubois and Grace James. The Ravens scored a victory against Dubois, winning 70-55. During the game, Jeff Johnson broke the school record for career points, surpassing 1000 points and becoming the first basketball player in Atherton history to do so.
The Lady Ravens also continued this winning streak with a 58-24 point win against Dubois’s sister school, Grace James. These wins highlight both teams amazing teamwork and courage, marking another successful performance this season.
