Former Atherton Raven Garyon Hobbs (11) committed to the University of Indiana during the 3rd quarter of the Navy All American Bowl.
Hobbs, who came to Atherton as a transfer at the start of the 2025 – 2026 school year from Christian Academy of Louisville (CAL) , joined Atherton’s football program and made history. He helped lead the Ravens on defense this season with 12 tackles and an interception in our Championship winning game.
His performance this season helped him get selected to the Navy All American Bowl. This Bowl game is for all of the highest performing football players from every state to play a game against each other. Teams are split between east and west and face off against each other on national TV.
Hobbs, who had 10 tackles alone in this game, represented Atherton well.
Even though he is transferring back to CAL, his contributions to The Atherton Football Program will not be forgotten. On behalf of everyone at Atherton, congratulations Garyon Hobbs!
